Adding users You may add users by paying for a separate license for each user you wish to add.  You may also add users by purchasing a site license. 3. Transferring the software You may transfer all of your rights to use the Software to another person, provided that you transfer to that person all of the software, diskettes or other media, and documentation provided in this package (including this license agreement), and transfer or destroy all copies in any form.  Remember, once you transfer the software, you no longer have any right to use it, and the person to whom it is transferred may use it only in accordance with the copyright law, international treaty, and this license. 4. Upgrading the software If you have purchased an upgrade version of the Software, the original product together with the upgrade constitutes a single license.  The original Software and the upgrade software cannot both be available for use by two different people at the same time, and cannot be transferred separately without written permission from Visage Software. 5. Additional site license rights Customers who have purchased a Site License may install and use multiple copies of the software for all users at a single site. 6. Restrictions You may not install or copy the Software to any place where any part of it may be copied by any other person who is not a licensed user: including any network server, web server or other computer connected to the internet. Click on the package box or a hyperlink associated with the SupportTracker_setup.exe notation and choose your destination directory for download. After download of the file locate it and run the downloaded installation file. The product would run the installation procedure and you would be able to choose any additional information needed for successful installation. Please do not forgot to read first the Installation instructions before you start the installation procedure.   When payment is received you will be sent a license file that unlocks the demo version of Support Tracker.
